We’re an online agency specializing in lead generation and performance marketing across Europe. Our mission is to help businesses grow through AI automation, smart marketing systems, and powerful ad creatives.

We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create eye-catching content that converts.

Your Role

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, as well as visuals for landing pages and social media. You’ll collaborate closely with our media buyers and automation team to ensure every design supports performance and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and conversion-focused ad creatives using Canva (and optionally Photoshop or Illustrator).

Design graphics for ads, landing pages, and social media.

Work closely with the media buying team to test and iterate different visual angles.

Maintain a consistent style and strong visual identity across campaigns.

Stay updated on current design trends, especially within advertising and digital marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience creating designs for social media ads and paid campaigns.

Strong skills in Canva, plus bonus if you can use Photoshop or Illustrator.

Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.

Ability to design both static and animated creatives (simple motion graphics a plus).

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Fluent in English and good communication skills.
