JOB OVERVIEW

???? About Vanish Skincare

Vanish Skincare is a fast-growing acne treatment brand using breakthrough DrySerum™ nanofiber technology — a world-first innovation that delivers actives deeper into the skin to clear acne faster without irritation. We’re on a mission to help teens and adults achieve clear, confident skin safely — and our marketing reflects that: emotionally powerful, scroll-stopping, and results-driven.

???? Role Overview

We’re looking for a Direct Response Static Graphic Designer who gets performance creative. Someone who knows how to make ads that stop the scroll, communicate emotion fast, and convert cold audiences into buyers.

You’ll be responsible for designing static Meta ads that test new ideas, hooks, and visual concepts. This is not a “pretty branding” role — it’s a conversion-first creative role for someone who understands the psychology behind great ads.

???? Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-performing static Meta ad creatives (1080x1080, 4:5, 9:16 formats)

Create fresh visual concepts that test new angles, hooks, and benefits

Adapt messaging to match different avatars (e.g., teen acne, parents of teens, hormonal acne, etc.)

Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze creative performance and iterate

Incorporate UGC-style visuals, PR-style designs, and educational formats that resonate on Meta

Maintain consistent use of Vanish brand colors, fonts, and tone — while exploring new visual directions

?? Requirements

Proven experience designing Meta or TikTok ads for DTC or skincare/e-commerce brands

Strong understanding of direct response principles (what makes people click & buy)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma

Ability to work quickly and deliver multiple creative variations per week

Comfortable working from copy hooks, ad angles, and performance data

Bonus: Experience creating PR-style or editorial-inspired ads

???? What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

Thinks like a marketer first, designer second

Can look at an ad and say, “This won’t convert — here’s why.”

Understands the nuances of visual storytelling and emotion-driven persuasion

Thrives in an iterative testing environment (we test fast, learn fast, and scale fast)

???? Compensation

Project-based or retainer-based

Competitive pay depending on experience and performance
