We are looking for a creative Video & Social Media Specialist who can produce engaging videos and optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to drive organic growth.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Clips)
- Use tools such as ---------- , CapCut, or similar platforms to cut, enhance, and generate subtitles automatically
- Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and views
- Optimize posts, titles, and descriptions for engagement and reach
- Support the planning and execution of our organic social media strategy

Requirements
- Strong social media marketing knowledge (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- Excellent video editing and visual content creation skills
- Experience using ---------- , CapCut, or similar AI-based video tools
- A good sense for trends, design, and storytelling
- Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented work style

Position Details
- Part-time position, approximately 8 - 10 hours per week (can increase)
- Flexible working hours, fully remote
- Work is typically during weekdays, with rare weekend work (e.g., during launches)
