About the Role:
Exposure It is expanding its video team and hiring a Real Estate Video Editing Assistant to support our senior editors in delivering cinematic, next-day video content for real estate agents, builders, and developers.
You’ll work a 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) schedule — ensuring that edits are started immediately and completed overnight.
Responsibilities:
Organize and assemble raw real estate footage (drone, interiors, agent intros).
Sync clips, trim sequences, and prep the project timeline for the Senior Editor.
Apply light color correction, stabilization, and sound adjustments.
Export and upload final video files to Dropbox.
Follow templates and brand standards for consistent results.
Communicate in Slack and update task progress in Spiro Media.
Work Hours:
7:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) — your shift starts as footage is uploaded, allowing overnight production before next-day client delivery.
Tools We Use:
Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut (required)
After Effects (optional but a plus)
Spiro Media (workflow platform)
Dropbox (for file management)
Slack (team communication)
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in video editing.
Familiarity with real estate media editing preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps+ recommended).
Compensation:
$600–$900 USD/month depending on experience.
Paid monthly via our HR platform Gusto.
