Virtual Assistant for a Digital Marketing Company

My name is Dustin and I am the founder of Marketing Done Right marketingdr.co/. We are currently looking to bring in a full-time Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant. Our company provides SEO, Google Adwords, Website creation, and Facebook Marketing.

We wish to have someone here with us for the long-term and grow with our company. We serve Local Businesses, Small businesses, and eCommerce.

Organizational Tools We Use:
- Slack
- Asana
- Google Meet
- G Suite (Google Sheets, Documents & Forms)

Expectations of You:
- Draft posts/pages on existing client websites
- Handle website edits/fixes/updates
- Conduct regular website tests
- Source, optimize and add images
- Help with SEO implementations
- Fulfill client content orders
- Listen to and log customer calls
- Create site/landing page integrations
- Update analytics databases/spreadsheets/documents
- Schedule social media posts
- Create Monthly Reports
- Send/Receive Emails in English


Good to Have:
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics
- Understanding of marketing principles
- Knowledge of marketing techniques & databases

Absolute Requirements:
- Experience with WordPress
- Proficiency in MS Office (Or Google Suite) and marketing software (e.g., Asana, Buffer, Agency Analytics, Bright Local,AHREFS, Screaming Frog)
- Must be able to speak & write in English
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to follow instructions & work independently
- Able to do Google Meet Video Calls
- Knowledge of GSuite tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics (e.g., Agency Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Understanding of marketing principles
- Knowledge of marketing practices & databases
