Growthelevate Agency is a social media marketing agency that helps e-commerce brands scale their sales through powerful Meta Ads, AI-driven creative strategies, and high-performing email & SMS marketing systems.

After personally helping multiple brands grow profitably through data-backed creative and strategic execution, I’m now expanding our internal performance team to take things to the next level.

We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented, and results-obsessed individuals who want to work with an agency that values growth, creativity, and precision.

Responsibilities:

Strategize, launch, and scale winning ad campaigns on Meta & TikTok Ads

Manage multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously (different products, audiences, and budgets)

Create and optimize campaign structures to maintain consistent performance

Perform creative and audience testing using data-backed frameworks

Analyze performance metrics daily (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR)

Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters for new angles

Report weekly insights and scaling recommendations

Requirements:

2+ years of media buying experience in e-commerce

Proven ability to manage 3–5 brands at once successfully

Experience handling $5k–$50k/month per brand in ad spend

Strong knowledge of CBO/ABO, scaling methods, and retargeting

Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills

Excellent communication & fluent English

Tools You’ll Use:

Meta Ads Manager · TikTok Ads · Slack · and others

Compensation:

$700–$1200/month USD (based on experience)

Performance-based bonuses for hitting scaling targets

Long-term, full-time position
