We are a growing e-commerce business specializing in indoor growing supplies and specialty equipment serving North America. We are a small, dynamic team looking for a long-term partner who will become the operational backbone of our company.
THE OPPORTUNITY
--------------------
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce & Operations Specialist to be the central hub for our business. You will work directly with the owners managing everything from our Shopify product listings to our sales CRM data and internal projects.
This is not a siloed role. You will have a complete view of the business and be responsible for ensuring our systems run efficiently. If you thrive on organization, process improvement, and want to make a real operational impact, this role is for you. This is a long-term opportunity with significant room for growth into a leadership position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce & Content:
- Manage the end-to-end process for new product listings on our Shopify store.
- Revise and enhance product descriptions using our AI tools, applying your strong command of English to ensure the final text is clear, professional, and error-free.
- Implement foundational on-page SEO, including creating logical internal links between products and blog posts
- When needed, create simple graphics or social media updates using Canva.
Sales & Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize leads, data, and segmentation within our HubSpot CRM to ensure data hygiene.
- Generate reports, follow-up lists, and sales data summaries from HubSpot for the sales manager.
- Coordinate ongoing projects, tasks, and deliverables in ClickUp, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide daily CRM updates and weekly project status reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a VA, Project Coordinator, or Sales Support Specialist, preferably in a BPO or e-commerce environment.
- You are a critical thinker who doesn't just complete tasks, but looks for ways to improve the process.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify and a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) and communication platforms (Slack).
- You are tech-savvy and can learn new software and systems quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
