Research Tax Deeds Various counties in USA

Need a virtual assistant who can do some research. Free training provided. Must have a phone, computer, email address and know how to use google sheets. Good in creating spreadsheets. Currently, looking for part-time entry level virtual assistant. 3 hours a day. If this is a good fit and you are capable to do the job. I can hire you full time. Job tasks:

1) I will train you. You must have Zoom or MS Teams
2) Your goal is to research Tax Deeds and Tax Liens on various counties in USA.
3) Make a list of items researched in Google Sheets/Docs
4) Most of the research will be online
5) Prep for Tax Deed Auctions: Texas, Pennsylvania, etc.
6) Weekly meeting to go over the research
7) Must demonstrate honesty and trustworthy.

Pay rate 2-4 dollars and hour. If you are good and trustworthy, The rate of pay will go up. Possible bonus after the sale.
