YouTube & Social Media Virtual Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube VA to help manage and grow our YouTube channel (7K+ subscribers) and assist with our other social media pages ---------- ---------- brand, JASI Skin + Wellness, is founded by a Stanford- and Duke-trained Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner. We create content about skincare, injectables, and wellness for diverse audiences — helping people feel seen, safe, and beautiful in their skin.

? Tasks:
• Upload, organize, and optimize videos (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions, timestamps)
• Edit or trim long TikTok Live videos into shorter YouTube-friendly clips
• Create clean, on-brand thumbnails in Canva or Photoshop
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly titles & descriptions
• Track YouTube analytics and suggest improvements
• Repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Optional: Help manage and schedule posts across social media

???? Requirements:
• Strong understanding of YouTube Studio and algorithm basics
• Good English writing and communication
• Experience with Canva or Photoshop
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or similar)
• Organized, reliable, and proactive

• Part-time or Full-time (20–40 hrs/week)
• Remote / Long-term position
