In the last 12 months, our ecommerce brands have generated 5M USD in sales and we are only at the beginning of our growth journey. We are scaling existing brands and launching new ones worldwide, and every editor on our team directly contributes to that growth and is rewarded accordingly.
We offer a competitive salary between 800 – 2,000 USD per month depending on experience, along with an automated bonus system where you receive performance-based payouts when your creatives hit metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. As we continue to grow, you will have a clear path to senior roles such as Lead Editor or Creative Director. You will work with creative freedom, testing ideas directly on live campaigns, alongside a high-performance remote team of marketers, editors, and UGC creators.
This role focuses on creating high-converting Meta ads and adapting video creatives for international markets. Your work will directly influence revenue, campaign performance, and scaling opportunities across multiple brands.
Your key responsibilities include editing and delivering ads ready for immediate launch, using both stock footage and UGC assets, implementing motion graphics to improve engagement, and applying direct-response marketing strategies to maximize conversions. You will work directly with our UGC team for asset coordination and maintain organized files and timely delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience editing UGC and VSL ads supported by a portfolio, strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and a deep understanding of performance-driven editing. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with reliable internet and be available during CET working hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
