iLubination Creations was formed after starting my very own online business. In the beginning we were having trouble expanding due to the lack of qualified candidates as well how time intensive it is to hire local staff. After many failed attempts we took a strong initiative in hiring qualified VA’s, As a result freeing up my time to build my brand and providing exceptional service for all our customers.

And of course… we KNOW that the only way we are going to achieve a successful company and provide exceptional product and service the only bt getting the right people on the team. Which is exactly why I am writing to you now.

We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant to join our AWESOME team to:

Examples Of Tasks:

Email management/filtering
Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
Take transcription and handle correspondence
Prepare and send out email newsletters
Handle client inquiries by phone or email
Data entry
Research tasks
Excellent customer service skills
Liaison between you and other team members
Set-up social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
Manage and update social media accounts
