Ad + Email Design

We are looking for a talented Static Ad and Email Designer to create high-quality designs for U.S. consumer brands.

You should have strong experience creating Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and designing email templates for marketing campaigns.

>>> This role will be a project-based contract to start, and could evolve into a steady 15-hour per week part-time role. The project rate is USD $5.40 - $10.80 per hour, based on experience level and will include a raise every 3 months if you are a good fit.

If you are detail-oriented, have good communication, are reliable, and have an eye for clean, modern design, we’d love to work with you.

>> Responsibilities

+ Design static and carousel ads for Facebook and Instagram (4x5 and 9x16 formats)

+ Design email templates for campaigns and flows (Klaviyo)

+ Follow brand guidelines and deliver clean, on-brand designs

+ Organize and label design files clearly for handoff

+ Communicate and deliver work on agreed deadlines


>> Bonus Responsibilities (optional)
If you have experience with Meta Ads, specifically:

+ Setting up Meta ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager

+ Tracking ad creative versions and performance in shared files

>> Requirements

+ 3+ years experience designing Meta ads and email campaigns for U.S. brands

+ Canva or Figma design tools ONLY

+ Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines

+ (Optional) Experience in Meta Ads Manager or project coordination
