? About the Role
HelloSpace is a New Zealand-based design studio crafting bold, cohesive retail and hospitality spaces. We’re looking for a high-level Vectorworks contractor to create accurate, brand-aligned drawing sets that bring big ideas to life.
You’ll work remotely with our Creative Director and Studio Assistant (Rejean ????????) to produce 2D and 3D documentation from concept to IFC.

???? What You’ll Do (Contractor Tasks)
• Produce complete drawing sets in Vectorworks 2024 (2D + 3D)
• Upload work daily for review (we check every morning)
• Integrate feedback from consultants and builders
• Log weekly updates in Trello or Houzz Pro
• Submit accurate daily timesheets
• Collaborate via WhatsApp and Email
• Help improve shared libraries, templates, and workflows

? Must-Have Skills
• Expert-level Vectorworks 2024 (2D + 3D) — active license required
• Experience creating technical drawing sets for interior projects
• Strong layering, file organisation, and attention to detail
• Reliable internet + ability to work during PH business hours
• Positive attitude and ability to take ownership of your work
• Able to take feedback and improve without ego
