Online AI course sales and Marketing VA

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to help promote and sell our new AI Career Kickstart course on Teachable and Udemy. The course is developed by a PhD graduate in AI and the founder of an AI robotics company in the UK. You’ll handle outreach, content promotion, lead tracking, and digital marketing to grow enrolments and engagement.

Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and email.

Manage email outreach and follow-up with leads.

Support course launch activities on Teachable/Udemy.

Track daily enrolments and leads using Google Sheets or HubSpot.

Manage affiliate or referral campaigns (optional if experienced).

Prepare weekly reports with key insights and recommendations.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales assistance.

Familiar with online learning platforms (Teachable, Udemy, Kajabi, etc.).

Excellent written English and communication skills.

Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Meta Ads.

Compensation

Remote, part-time (20 hrs/week initially)

Pay: $4–$8/hour or $400–$700/month, depending on experience

Performance bonus per enrolment or target achieved
