Cold Caller

Boomgen is an outbound growth agency that helps marketing agencies get qualified client appointments. We run multi-channel campaigns (cold email, SMS, and cold calls) and we’re looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking cold caller who knows how to start conversations and keep them engaging.

What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to qualified leads
- Follow scripts and training to introduce our services clearly
- Ask discovery questions and qualify interest
- Handle objections calmly and confidently
- Book or transfer qualified prospects into appointments

Requirements
- Fluent English with a neutral/clear accent (non-negotiable)
- Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Reliable, disciplined, and self-motivated

Strongly preferred:
- Experience working with marketing agencies or home-service businesses (roofers, remodelers, solar, HVAC, etc.)
- Previous telemarketing or appointment-setting experience preferred
