About the Role
We’re looking for a Content VA to join RECOVR, a recovery and wellness brand based in Northern Ireland. You’ll take raw video clips and turn them into clean, engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
I’ll provide the captions, hooks, and cover images — you’ll handle the editing, formatting, music, and scheduling to keep the content consistent with the brand’s tone and style.
We’re preparing for launch, so you’ll also help drive pre-launch excitement, Black Friday promos, and Christmas content. Stories will be part of your weekly deliverables.

Your Main Tasks
• Edit short videos (mainly Reels/TikToks) from raw clips
• Add trending but brand-appropriate music
• Repurpose videos across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Add cover images, captions, and CTA text (I will be providing these)
• Build simple Instagram Stories sequences from clips, photos, and prompts
• Schedule posts using a scheduling tool (e.g., Meta Planner)
• Keep content folders and naming organised in Google Drive
• Support basic campaign calendars for Launch, Black Friday and Christmas

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, VN, or similar)
• Eye for pacing, music choice, and aesthetic consistency
• Experience managing content calendars or social scheduling
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Reliable internet and good time management
• Bonus: basic Canva skills for covers/thumbnails

Hours & Pay
• Part-time: 15 hours per week
• Pay: $400 per month
• Will be paid weekly to start. Long-term opportunity if it’s a good fit
