Creative, Organized Virtual Assistant for Voiceover + Travel/Lifestyle Brand

Hey there! My name is Rebecca. I am a full-time voiceover actor seeking reliable, skilled part-time ( 15-20 hours weekly for now. This could potentially evolve into full-time in the near future for the right hire) assistance with some of the tasks that take me away from my creativity. Check out some of my work at: ----------

In particular, I’d love to meet a highly organized, well-rounded candidate who excels at:
• Lead generation and outreach
• Inbox management, CRMs, invoicing
• Content creation and photo/video editing
• Social media management (LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, YouTube)
• Bonus: light audio editing (I use Adobe Audition, but any DAW should work)

Are you great with Canva? I want to hear from you! Notion? Yes, please. Are you a freak-in-the-spreadsheets? Call me. And if you know anything about podcast creation, that’s a huge plus.

I’m also building a travel/lifestyle/wellness brand apart from VO, so creativity and collaboration are essential. Bring your ideas—I value initiative and improvement.
