Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Remote)
Schedule: U.S. Hours (EST preferred)
Rate: $7 – $10 per hour (Depending on Experience)

We’re a boutique short-term and mid-term rental property-management company based in the U.S., managing high-end Airbnb and VRBO properties across New Jersey and the NYC metro area.
Our mission is simple: deliver five-star guest experiences while helping homeowners maximize revenue through smart systems and great design.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations & Admin VA to join our growing team.
You’ll manage day-to-day STR operations—guest communications, cleaner scheduling, pricing updates, and property setup—while helping maintain clean systems and reliable reporting.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and our Systems VA to ensure every property runs smoothly and every guest feels taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Operations Management

Handle daily guest communication across Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully

Coordinate cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors

Monitor check-ins/check-outs, resolve minor guest issues proactively

Maintain property calendars and ensure no booking conflicts

Pricing & Listing Management

Update nightly rates using PriceLabs (training provided if needed)

Review and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, photos, amenities)

Monitor reviews and flag opportunities to improve ratings

Administrative Support

Keep property info, access codes, and inventory current in Hostfully

Create and update SOPs in Google Drive / ClickUp

Generate weekly or monthly performance reports (occupancy / revenue)

Communication & Collaboration

Collaborate daily via Slack and ClickUp

Provide quick, clear updates to the Founder and Ops Lead

Uphold the company’s service standards and positive, solutions-oriented tone

Qualifications

1+ year experience as an Airbnb / STR / Property Management VA

Strong written English; confident communicating with U.S. guests

Familiar with Hostfully, Airbnb, VRBO, PriceLabs (or similar PMS/pricing tools)

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple listings at once

Comfortable working U.S. business hours (some weekend rotation may apply)

Bonus Points For

Experience with Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace

Previous hospitality, customer-service, or operations background

Basic understanding of guest-review optimization and pricing strategy
