AI Content & Production Specialist

We’re building Australia’s first AI Creator Marketplace — where brands can hire AI-powered creators to produce high-quality video content for social media and ads.
We’re a fast-growing, creative, and tech-driven team looking for an AI Production Specialist who’s passionate about combining creativity with innovation.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for creating short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and ads) using advanced AI tools.
You’ll take scripts written by our team and turn them into visually engaging, on-brand content featuring our roster of AI creators.
You’ll collaborate with our creative director and content team to bring digital personalities to life.

Your Daily Tasks:
Produce short-form videos using AI video platforms like Higgsfield and HeyGen
Use Hume.ai to create expressive, emotionally intelligent avatars
Use Claude (AI writing tool) to refine scripts or generate creative variations
Edit and brand videos (basic editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Descript)
Maintain high-quality visual and sound standards across all content
Help build and develop new AI creator personalities (looks, voices, styles)
Keep up-to-date with AI content trends and recommend creative ideas

You’ll Need
? Experience using AI video creation tools (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Synthesia, or similar)
? Strong understanding of short-form content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
? Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
? Interest in AI storytelling, digital humans, and emerging content tech
? Excellent communication and attention to detail
? Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines independently
