About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Marketing Expert who can take charge of advertising and marketing across all digital and traditional platforms. You’ll be working on exciting projects that span hospitality (hotel guest marketing and new hotel launches in India) as well as commercial property and legal services in New Zealand.

This is a diverse role for someone who thrives on creativity, strategy, and measurable results — turning ideas into bookings, leads, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for hotels (including guest acquisition, brand awareness, and direct bookings).

Launch and promote new hotels in India, handling online visibility, social media, partnerships, and PR.

Manage advertising and marketing for our New Zealand-based legal and commercial property management company, ensuring consistent brand positioning.

Run digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Plan and optimize SEO, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Work closely with management teams in both India and New Zealand to align strategies with business goals.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in multi-sector marketing, ideally in hospitality and/or real estate.

Strong understanding of international markets and audience segmentation.

Confident in social media management, paid ads, SEO, and digital analytics.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Creative thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Based in India (or with strong understanding of Indian and New Zealand markets).
