We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to help manage client relationships and daily operations for our fast-growing marketing agency.
If you’re organised, great with people, and love managing projects and solving problems — you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Do
Communicate directly with clients through
Manage onboarding, gather assets, and ensure clients have a smooth start
Answer questions (even the hairy ones) and handle complex situations with confidence
Coordinate with ads, funnels, and outreach teams to deliver results
Track KPIs, campaigns, and timelines across multiple accounts
Use tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, GoHighLevel, Smartlead, Zapier, Meta and Google Ads
What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in a digital agency or account management role
Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using multiple tools and managing tech setups
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Proactive, reliable, and fast learner
Must love HaloHalo and Lechon
