About Us:
We’re a licensed New York contractor providing renovations, cleanup, and property-repair services.
We’re growing fast and need a dependable, long-term VA to manage our online presence, social media, outreach, and referral systems.

Main Responsibilities
Manage and grow all company pages: Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack

Create and schedule daily posts (photos, captions, short videos)
Reply to comments, messages, and reviews

Handle cold outreach to realtors, property managers, and insurance agents (texts, emails, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Manage our Referral Rewards Program – track leads, update spreadsheets, log payouts
Maintain Google Sheets trackers for outreach & referrals

Gather project photos, geo-tag for SEO, and upload to Google Business

Prepare weekly VA report (summary of posts, outreach, referrals, results)
Follow daily checklist and update Anthony via WhatsApp each day

Required Skills
Excellent English (written & spoken)
Social media management (Facebook & Instagram required)
Basic graphics & video editing (Canva / CapCut)
Google Sheets & Drive organization
Comfortable with outreach and client communication
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Fast, reliable internet & consistent availability


Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience with construction or service business marketing
Knowledge of SEO / Google Business optimization
Familiar with Mailchimp or email campaigns
Basic WordPress / website updates

Schedule & Communication
Full-time (8 hours per day, Monday – Friday, flexible hours)
Must send daily update and weekly report via WhatsApp & Google Drive
Work closely with owner (Anthony Fernandez) directly—no teams

Salary & Growth
Starting pay: $600 – $800 USD per month (depending on experience)
Raises and bonuses based on performance and lead generation
Long-term, permanent position with stable hours
