OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Content & Media Assistant to help create, publish, and organize brand media using AI-powered tools.
You’ll use our internal systems to generate video scripts, press releases, and blog posts, then turn them into finished videos and published content. You’ll also help retrieve posted links from our social media platforms and blogs, organize them in reports, and send client updates when needed.
We provide detailed video SOPs (step-by-step guides) for every task — everything is clearly explained, so you’ll never feel lost. While strong editing skills are a plus, they’re not required, since most of our content is AI-generated. What matters most is your ability to spot errors, follow instructions carefully, make small improvements when needed, and work independently once trained. Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus, but not required.

MAIN TASKS
1) Use AI tools to create scripts for videos, press releases, and blog posts
2) Create and publish videos using tools like Fliki or Pictory (basic video editing skills such as trimming clips or adding captions is a plus)
3) Retrieve and organize published links from social media accounts and blog posts
4) Prepare and send client reports summarizing published content and links
5) Format and publish press releases and blog posts following templates
6) Follow SOPs accurately and complete daily tasks in our admin panel.
7) Assist with other virtual assistant or content-related tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
1) Excellent written English and ability to spot errors or improve clarity
2) Comfortable working with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and internal task systems
3) Reliable internet connection and computer suitable for video tasks

6) Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or content creator preferred, but not required if you learn quickly
7) Organized, dependable, and able to work independently once trained
PAY AND GROWTH
1) Starts at $3 USD per hour, paid weekly via EasyPay or PayPal (at our discretion)
2) If PayPal is used, we’ll include a small additional amount to offset PayPal’s fee so you receive close to your full pay
3) Long-term position with potential for increased hours and pay based on performance
