Business Operations & Training Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Operations & Training Coordinator to help document and streamline processes for an Australian company in the insurance repair industry among other projects as well.
You’ll work directly with the project lead to bring structure and consistency across the business — from creating job descriptions and onboarding materials to optimising workflows and training new call centre staff.

This role suits someone with strong ---------- experience, excellent documentation skills, and a keen eye for clarity and presentation. You’ll turn scattered information into clear, professional, and uniform documentation that the entire team can rely on.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain an organisational structure chart with clear reporting lines and responsibilities.

Create and update job descriptions, training guides, and SOPs across departments.

Develop onboarding frameworks and training modules for the call centre team in the Philippines.

Use ---------- to map out workflows, automate processes, and track tasks for various departments.

Design clean, standardised templates, documents, and presentations for internal use.

Ensure consistency and professionalism in all written materials and visual layouts.

Coordinate updates, gather team input, and ensure all documentation reflects live operations.

Requirements

Expert-level experience with ---------- — able to build dashboards, automations, and workflows.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Proven experience creating training manuals, process guides, and SOPs.

Strong design sense for formatting clean and professional documents and slide decks.

Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams independently.

Nice to Have

Experience working in BPO, insurance, or repairs / construction operations.

Background in process documentation, training, or business improvement.

Experience coordinating teams across Australia, Lebanon, and Philippines time zones.

Role Details

Contract: 1-month initial engagement (with likely extension)

Location: Remote – Philippines

Hours: Full-time (30–40 hrs/week)

Pay: USD 900–1,200/month (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate
