About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a great ear for music to help manage and grow our song library for a family-friendly music platform.

This role combines structured tasks with creative judgment — you’ll be reviewing and selecting songs, checking lyrics for appropriateness, and helping organize music content. Over time, you may also assist with other related projects such as playlist creation, content research, or organization tasks — so flexibility and initiative are key.

What You’ll Do

- Review AI-generated songs (created using tools like Suno.ai) and compare different versions to choose the strongest, most natural-sounding result.

- Upload and organize songs into the platform following clear, step-by-step processes.

- Listen carefully to lyrics to ensure nothing inappropriate, suggestive, or offensive slips through filters.

- Catch subtle meaning or innuendo that might not align with family-friendly values.

- Tag, categorize, and maintain song data so users can easily browse and enjoy.

- Assist with other music-related or organizational VA tasks such as playlist curation, lyric verification, and content review.

What We’re Looking For

- A strong ear for music and an ability to recognize songs that sound clean, natural, and engaging.

- Familiarity with American music, especially popular genres like pop, country, Christian, and classic hits.

- A strong grasp of the English language, including common sayings, idioms, and double meanings — to ensure lyrics are fully appropriate.

- Excellent listening skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when comparing song versions or checking lyrics.

- Reliable, organized, and able to follow established processes.

- Great written English and communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
