Remote Nurse Administrator - Licensed Nurse (Part-Time, Wellness Spa)

We’re hiring a Licensed Nurse Administrator to oversee compliance, client safety, and coordination between our clinical and creative teams. This role ensures that all services and education align with California nursing standards while maintaining our wellness forward approach.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client intakes, screenings, and consent documentation.
Ensure compliance with California nursing and med-spa laws.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and client data.
Coordinate with supervising physicians for clinical approvals.
Review marketing/services content for medical accuracy.
Provide insights (not copywriting) to the social media team for health-related posts.
Lead internal compliance checks, create and maintain SOPs.
Attend weekly tea ---------- etings (Monday & Wednesday).

Qualifications
Active RN License (Required) — must upload proof; license will be verified.
3+ years of nursing experience, ideally in wellness, aesthetics, or med-spa administration.
Knowledge of California nursing regulations and compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely, 9 AM–1 PM PST (Mon–Thurs).
Familiar with Vagaro, EMR/EHR, or similar platforms.
