You must be able to deliver a basic, clean, and fully functional WordPress website (3-5 pages) within 1-2 days. Achieving this efficiency requires a solid understanding of best practices, performance optimization, and clean code.

Portfolio: You must be able to present a portfolio of at least 5-10 demonstrably high-quality, clean, and functional websites that reflect your expertise and skill level.
