Job Description:

Collaborative Vision, is currently seeking a Staffing Support Coordinator to join their team. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

support client and candidate relationships at the professional level.
support internal approval process.
Continuous networking and pipe-lining to identify candidates.
Extensive executive client interaction.
Development and execution of staffing and diversity plans.

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate for this Staffing Coordinator role will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience recruiting in IT, engineering or other technical fields
Experience providing fact-based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations.
Complete end to end sourcing experience including identifying talent, formatting technical resumes, conducting technical phone assessments with candidates, submitting resumes into vms systems.
Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs.
help candidates with salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to close.
Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity.
Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
Experience formatting resumes
Experience with Boolean searches
Ability to type at least 40 wpm
Experience using ATS, VMS, Job Boards, quick learner with new technologies.
Able to multi-task
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work with limited supervision
Able to organize and manage your work load and meet set targets and objectives
