JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and organized Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
Your main responsibility will be to call new leads within 5 minutes, book them onto our clients’ calendars, and manage ongoing chat conversations inside our Go High Level (GHL) CRM system.

Our clients include medical practices (chiropractors, medspas, and wellness clinics) and fitness coaches, so professionalism, empathy, and great communication are key.

Key Responsibilities

Call all new leads within 5 minutes of receiving them (during working hours).

Book qualified appointments directly into the appropriate calendars for multiple clients.

Monitor and respond to chat conversations inside Go High Level (GHL) — ensuring every lead is engaged quickly and effectively.

Update lead notes and statuses accurately within the CRM.

Follow scripts and booking processes customized for each client.

Report daily metrics (calls made, appointments booked, show rate, etc.).

Collaborate with the team to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English (clear, natural, and confident).

Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or call center roles.

Experience with Go High Level CRM is a strong advantage.

Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with English-speaking leads.

Strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple clients and calendars accurately.

Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality headset.

Available to work during U.S. business hours (exact shift will be discussed).
