Pinterest Content Specialist

Position Overview
We're seeking a Pinterest Content Specialist to join our team full-time. You'll be responsible for creating and scheduling high volumes of Pinterest content that drives traffic to our mom-focused websites. This is a fast-paced role that requires efficiency and the ability to produce quality work quickly.

Primary Responsibilities
- Create and schedule high volumes of Pinterest pins daily for new and existing articles
- Design eye-catching graphics quickly, both using Canva (or your favorite graphic design software) and Ideogram
- Develop reusable templates for efficient content creation
- Embed pins within articles
- Cross-post content across multiple Pinterest accounts
- Conduct keyword research to optimize pin performance
- Manage light community engagement and responses
- Track and report on Pinterest-driven traffic
- Identify and execute special projects

Required Qualifications
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Comfortable with high-volume content creation in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Experience with AI image generation tools
- Familiarity with Pinterest and social media best practices
- Excellent written English
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines

- Training: Onboarding with training on systems and processes
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible hours, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: Competitive monthly salary based on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to engagement
- Benefits: 13th month pay (prorated first year)
