NTW Markets, a rapidly growing MT5 Forex and Gold broker, is hiring Virtual Assistants with excellent English communication skills for Phone Support and Intercom Ticket Handling.
You’ll assist traders worldwide — ensuring every client receives quick, professional, and friendly service.

???? Responsibilities

Answer inbound client calls and assist with account-related questions (deposits, withdrawals, verification, etc.)

Make outbound follow-up calls to support new sign-ups and client onboarding

Manage Intercom live chat and email tickets accurately and efficiently

Escalate trading or technical issues to the appropriate internal department

Maintain organized records and notes in the CRM system

Deliver a smooth and premium client experience aligned with NTW Markets’ brand standards

? Requirements

Fluent spoken and written English (clear, professional accent required)

Prior experience in Forex, Prop Firms, or financial customer support is a major plus

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST/CST)

Familiar with MT5 and Intercom platforms preferred
