Photo AD Designer

We’re hiring a graphic designer who understands AI prompting and can create high-converting photo ads at scale. You’ll work with our provided prompts and turn them into visually appealing creatives using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Photoshop, Canva and other AI image-generation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce 15 to 30 high-quality photo ads daily using AI generated visuals

- Follow pre-written prompts and adapt them visually with accuracy

- Use ChatGPT/Claude to adjust tone, style, and context when needed

- Edit and refine generated images using Photoshop or similar tools

- Apply core design principles (contrast, spacing, layout, color harmony)

- Maintain a clean, brand-aligned aesthetic for each ad

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong graphic design background with an eye for clean, modern layouts

- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, etc.)

- Ability to work fast, without sacrificing quality

- Clear communicator and comfortable taking feedback

Bonus: Experience with social media ad formats (FB, IG, TikTok)

Trial & Pay Structure

- 3 day trial at $2.5/hr ~ 145 Philippine peso an hour

- Upon successful trial, base rate increases to $3.00/hr ~ 174 Philippine peso an hour

- Weekly/monthly performance reviews for bonus eligibility and raises

Portfolio Requirement:

To be considered, you must include examples of your previous work that showcase your graphic design or photo editing skills, especially projects where you’ve:

- Created visual ads
- Used Photoshop or Canva for design edits
- Worked with AI-generated visuals or text prompts

Pay starts off at $3.0/hour - monthly evaluations to determine hourly increase and bonuses on work performance.
