Senior Sales Manager

MID Construction, a leading licensed and insured construction company based in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate and sales leadership to join our offshore team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and strategic business development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales and business strategies.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

Oversee lead generation, negotiations, and closing of property or construction-related deals.

Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.

Qualifications:

10+ years of proven sales management experience.

Strong background in real estate or construction sales.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing remote or offshore teams is a plus.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
