Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive TikTok Shop VA to handle A–Z shop management — from product research to affiliate setup and weekly performance reporting.
This shop follows a dropshipping model (no inventory or paid ads), with products fulfilled by suppliers and promoted through TikTok’s affiliate system.

Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations
• Research and upload winning products using CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, or TikTok Supplier Center
• Write compelling product titles, SEO descriptions, and set pricing
• Set up affiliate commissions and invite creators to promote products
• Oversee dropshipping fulfillment and ensure smooth order flow
• Track sales and deliver weekly performance reports
• Stay current on TikTok trends and identify new product opportunities

Requirements
• Experience managing a TikTok Shop or similar eCommerce platform
• Familiar with CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, or Spocket
• Understanding of affiliate systems and creator outreach
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with reporting
• Alignment with feminine or wellness-style products preferred
• Must have or be willing to create an Upwork account for contract and payment purposes

Compensation
• $7/hour (10 hours per week to start. Position will be full time once shop is successful)
• Performance Bonuses: Eligible for a monthly sales commission based on shop performance
