Affiliate Manager (TikTok / Instagram)

Started from a university bedroom, we now ship nationwide with a small, driven team building something bigger than a store — a movement changing how America sees cannabis.

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and creative affiliate manager to bring our founder's vision to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new affiliates, developing strong relationships with existing partners, and optimizing affiliate campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage all new and existing affiliate partnerships, implement strategies to grow the affiliate network, and recruit new partners who can produce high-quality content.
- Work closely with affiliates to guide them in creating different types of content.
- Manage product send out request
- Monitor affiliate content production to ensure a consistent flow of content material for social media.
- Answering affiliate questions and providing excellent support.
- Provide exceptional support by responding to affiliate inquiries.
- Organize and label all drive content (e.g., "AI," "Warehouse," "Product," "Funny") to facilitate future pattern recognition.
- Oversee payout management.

You’ll Thrive Here if You:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Comfortable using affiliate platforms like GoAffPro.
- Bonus points if you know your way around spreadsheets, payout tracking, or CRM tools.
- Great at talking, negotiating, and keeping things organized.
- Friendly and energetic!
- Don't be afraid to ask questions if something's fuzzy; better to ask early!
- Super enthusiastic about the cannabis industry and what we're all about.

Compensation & Schedule
- Part Time: 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week (9 AM - 1 PM EST)
- Salary: 500 USD/month
- Trial: 30-day paid trial with clear, achievable targets to convert to full-time.
