We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a solid customer service background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and speed of delivery.
This role requires someone who can provide excellent administrative and operational support, ensure that all digital systems and records are up to date, and handle communication tasks with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize digital files, folders, and records with a high level of accuracy.
Handle and respond to
Update and maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and CRMs as frequently and accurately as needed to ensure real-time data visibility.
Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, partners, and team members.
Schedule and manage meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
Support daily operational needs and administrative workflows.
Anticipate requirements and proactively address issues before they arise.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Provide administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative or customer service role.
Exceptional attention to detail — nothing escapes your eye.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar CRMs).
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and output quality.
