Virtual Assistant for Photography & Videography Studio (10 hrs/week)

We’re a creative studio specializing in photography, videography, and photo booth experiences for events and brands. We work on a mix of weddings, corporate events, and creative projects. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with ongoing marketing, communication, and research tasks.

???? Responsibilities:
• Post and schedule content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
(using tools like Later, Metricool, or native platforms)
• Send out email campaigns using Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar
• After each event, reach out to a list of vendors (venue, florist, planner, etc.) to share photos/videos and thank them
• Conduct local market research on venues, event vendors, and industry trends
• Assist with other basic admin and marketing support tasks

? Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand tone
• Experience with social media posting and content organization
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Canva or similar design tools
• Mailchimp / Flodesk
• Google Workspace or Notion / Asana
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Reliable internet connection and clear communication
