Virtual Assistant (Web3.0 & RWA Knowledge Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Association Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing strategic partnerships, events, and day-to-day coordination of the association’s activities.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in association or nonprofit operations, combined with a strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and RWA (Real World Asset tokenization). This role bridges administration, community coordination, and strategic relationship management.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate meetings and introductions among association members, founders, and institutional partners
• Manage scheduling, communications, and event logistics for the Founder
• Support membership engagement — onboarding, communication, and updates
• Draft official correspondence, minutes, and press or event materials
• Conduct research on potential partners, regulatory developments, and Web3 trends
• Help coordinate roundtables, webinars, and policy dialogues
• Maintain structured documentation and ensure compliance with 501(c)(6) association standards

• 2+ years of experience in association management, nonprofit coordination, or executive support
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, or RWA (Real World Assets)
• Excellent English communication and writing skills (Mandarin bilingual preferred)
• Strong organizational, research, and relationship management abilities
• Tech-savvy — proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, and calendar tools
• Self-driven, professional, and comfortable working in a global environment

• Part-time, remote position (15-25 hours/week)
• Rate: negotiable based on experience
