PART-TIME BUSINESS STRATEGIST (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | PROPERTY + DIGITAL BRANDS)

We are a UK & Dubai-based company managing multiple fast-growing ventures - including a serviced accommodation brand, a digital products toolkit, Dubai investment funnels, and a few more exciting projects.

We're hiring an experienced Business Strategist who can help plan, systemise, and scale these operations across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with the founder and internal team to turn chaos into scalable, automated systems.

???? Responsibilities:

Help structure and optimise business models across brands
Build and improve monetisation funnels & product ladders
Lead launch strategies and workflows (Notion/Asana)
Recommend and implement tools, automations, and systems
Guide team structure, SOPs, delegation plans
Assist in the scaling/systemization of the internal systems of the company

???? Must-Have Skills:

Startup/business strategy experience
Digital marketing funnel knowledge
Team systemisation (Notion, Airtable, etc.)
Business and Systems Automation
Project management (launches, timelines, OKRs)
Fluent English communication
Strategic thinking with real execution ability

???? Bonus:

Familiarity with property, Airbnb, Dubai real estate, or digital product brands

Email funnel tools (Flodesk, ---------- , ClickFunnels, etc.)
Experience in scale-up or agency environments
