JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a persuasive, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to prospective clients through outreach, demos, and consistent follow-ups. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, understands the software space, and is motivated by both a steady hourly rate and performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential steel fabrication customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Determine the barcoding software interests of steel fabricators. Once an interest has been determined, coordinate a Demo of software with the Sales Director.
- Understand potential customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads consistently to close sales and build strong relationships.
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing team based on customer responses.

Job Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of software sales experience. Manufacturing software sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and following up persistently.
- Experience with Zoho CRM system.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling manufacturing related software products.
- Understanding of common customer objections and closing strategies.

Compensation & Growth
- Starting at $4.00/hour
- Increase to $4.50/hour after a 45-day review
- Increase to $5.00/hour after a 6-month review (performance-based)
- Annual performance reviews with potential increases
