About the Role
We’re looking for a female virtual assistant with a clear, professional American English accent to serve as a Front Desk Caller for a medspa or healthcare practice.
You’ll be contacting warm leads, individuals who have already shown interest in aesthetic or wellness treatments to confirm their appointments and ensure a smooth client experience.
This is not a cold calling role. Your goal is to provide friendly, knowledgeable support that reflects the professionalism and care expected in a medical spa or healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads from our CRM (GoHighLevel) to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Provide a warm, professional first impression consistent with our medspa’s brand
Answer basic questions about services, scheduling, and location (scripts and guidance provided)
Update lead status and call notes accurately in the CRM
Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback or confirm satisfaction
Requirements
Female with a neutral or American English accent (clear and professional tone)
Excellent spoken and written English
Friendly, confident, and patient phone presence
Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, dental, or healthcare front desk / patient coordination is a strong plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must be available to work during U.S. EST business hours
