Short Form Video Editor (YouTube Shorts – Shark Tank Clips Channel)

I’m looking for a short-form video editor who can turn Shark Tank episodes into fast-paced, viral YouTube Shorts.

You’ll mainly be cutting clips, trimming silences, and syncing captions — but I’m looking for someone who can spot the *viral hook* (that ---------- nt that makes people stop scrolling).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Edit 15 YouTube Shorts per month (~30–60 seconds each)
• Trim silences and filler words for better pacing
• Use CapCut (required) for auto-captions
• Deliver each short within 24 hours after receiving the raw clip
• Understand what makes a clip viral — conflict, humor, shock, or strong business ---------- nts

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience editing short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels)
• Strong sense of timing and story flow
• Reliable internet connection
• Can understand English clearly (for accurate captions)

OFFER:
• 10,000 PHP for the first month (trial period for 15 Shorts)
• If results are solid, long-term contract PHP 12k–15k/month
