We're looking for a Finance Manager to build financial infrastructure that supports rapid growth while maintaining the margins that fund our expansion.

• Engineer financial systems that scale with our AI ecosystem

• Partner with leadership to forecast, optimize, and report with precision

What You’ll Do

Own the Numbers That Drive Our Growth

• Process payroll and contractor payments with precision using Excel and Wise
• Maintain detailed payroll summaries and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Prepare and analyze weekly project profitability reports
• Track monthly burn rate and maintain 40 percent margins per project
• Manage 10 percent budgeting for growth initiatives and develop quarterly forecasts
• Create special project reports and perform ad-hoc financial tasks as needed
• Knowledgeable of US Tax policies and preparing tax files (not mandatory but a plus)

Build Scalable Financial Systems

• Implement and optimize QuickBooks workflows
• Maintain clean, audit-ready records and reporting
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and financial modeling
• Ensure compliance and clarity across all financial operations

Skills and Experience

• Graduate of Accounting or Finance-related course.
• Professional certifications in Accounting or Finance are highly preferred: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Other accounting / finance certifications will also be considered.
• Two or more years of QuickBooks experience (ProAdvisor certification preferred)
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills
• Experience with financial forecasting and margin tracking
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Project management experience preferred

• Maintained 40 percent margins across all active projects
• Delivered accurate forecasts and burn rate tracking
