Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and managing residential portfolios. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of property management experience, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure owner and tenant satisfaction, and manage your support team to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee a residential portfolio of single-family homes.
* Lead, train, and support tea ---------- mbers across leasing, maintenance, and accounting functions.
* Maintain positive relationships with owners and tenants through proactive communication.
* Approve work orders, manage vendors, and oversee maintenance coordination.
* Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant compliance issues.
* Monitor portfolio performance, financials, and client satisfaction metrics.
* Implement company policies, process improvements, and performance goals.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 4 years of property management experience (residential preferred).
* Proven experience supervising a team or managing a portfolio of 100+ doors.
* Strong knowledge of leasing, maintenance coordination, and owner relations.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable with property management software Appfolio and virtual workflows.
