If you enjoy connecting tools, building automations, and watching things finally work — but zone out at the thought of coming up with the ideas or strategy behind them — this role could be perfect for you.??We’re looking for someone who loves the doing side of tech: setting up systems, wiring automations, and keeping everything running smoothly in the background. You’ll be playing with tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, Meta Ads Manager, and ChatGPT, helping us bring ideas to life — without having to invent them first.??We’re a small but fast-moving business, which means the work’s varied. Some days are quiet, some are chaos, and sometimes we’ll need a quick hand on weekends or after hours when campaigns are live. What You’ll Do
Set up or edit funnels and automations in GoHighLevel
Connect forms, CRMs, and messaging tools via Zapier or n8n
Create and manage Meta Ad accounts (no strategy needed)
Tweak simple AI automations (ChatGPT, etc.)
Troubleshoot simple tech issues and keep workflows tidy
Follow Loom videos, SOPs, and checklists accurately

You’ll Fit This Role If You
Are tech-savvy and enjoy figuring out software
Learn quickly from Loom videos and written steps
Are reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
Have strong English communication and understand British accents clearly
Can work flexible hours — including occasional weekends

Tools You’ll Use
GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, Meta Ads Manager, ChatGPT, Google Workspace.

Pay Range
£4–£8/hour (UK working hours required)

Working Hours & Flexibility
This isn’t a rigid 9-to-5 role — flexibility goes both ways. You’ll generally work during UK hours, but we do expect you to check in and monitor live campaigns every weekend. This doesn’t mean full shifts — just short, regular check-ins to make sure systems and ads are running smoothly.??Occasionally, there may be out-of-hours tasks, such as supporting a webinar week, ad launch, or troubleshooting something time-sensitive. These are planned in advance where possible, and we keep them reasonable.??If you’re reliable, responsive, and can adapt when things get busy, you’ll fit in perfectly.
