JOB OVERVIEW

The Customer Service Email Support Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. You’ll handle questions about orders, products, returns, and promotions — ensuring that each message reflects our brand’s warm and empowering tone.

Key Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, ensuring a friendly and helpful tone in every interaction.
-Resolve product, order, or shipping issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
-Communicate policy details (returns, exchanges, discounts, etc.) clearly and courteously.
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
-Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements to management.
