Overview

We’re a fast-moving AI and SaaS development agency building custom software, automations, and AI tools for startups and business owners.
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills, positive energy, and strong organization. You’ll help manage daily operations, client messaging, and sales coordination in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

What You’ll Do
• Manage client messages, emails, and follow-ups with a warm, professional tone.
• Help prepare and send proposals, briefs, and timelines using clear templates.
• Track projects and tasks in Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Schedule calls, send reminders, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Organize AI brief documents and notes from client calls.
• Handle light research and admin support.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent written English and confident communication.
• Friendly, positive personality; comfortable interacting with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable with modern tools (Notion, Slack, Loom, ChatGPT, Google Workspace).
• Available part-time or full-time during US Eastern hours.

• Experience in sales support, admin, or agency operations.
• Familiarity with SaaS, automation, or AI tools like Zapier or Make.
• A natural sense of warmth and professionalism in how you write and speak.
