Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager (based in the Philippines) to help manage and grow Urban Wingman’s presence across Instagram, X.com, and Facebook. This is a part-time contractor position focused on content creation, engagement, and community growth.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule posts for Instagram, X.com, and Facebook
Produce short-form videos (Reels, Stories, or clips) that align with our tone and style
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages naturally
Monitor and moderate chat or comment sections to keep discussions respectful, on-brand, and spam-free
Assist with captions, and creative ideas
Suggest trends and new content opportunities

Provide short weekly updates summarizing engagement results

Requirements:

Excellent English writing and communication skills
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite
Reliable internet connection and consistent communication
Interest in travel, nightlife, or global culture is a plus
Based in the Philippines and comfortable working as an independent contractor

3-month probation period with review and possible rate increase
