PH Fitness is a fast-growing fitness and wellness brand from the Netherlands.
We sell premium home-gym and wellness products across Europe through our Shopify store and major marketplaces

We’re now looking for a Shopify Website & Marketing Specialist who can elevate our brand experience, boost conversions, and help us expand internationally.

???? Your Key Responsibilities

Improve and optimize our Shopify website for professional design, speed, and user experience

Integrate our existing brand guide (colors, typography, logos, layout) into the website

Set up and manage multi-language translations (DE / FR / BE / ES) via Shopify Markets or translation apps

Optimize pricing structure and offers across multiple countries

Create and manage conversion-focused marketing elements (pop-ups, email flows, product bundles, landing pages)

Implement strong SEO strategies, including AI-based SEO optimization to stay ahead of Google and AI search systems (Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

Collaborate directly with the founders through Slack

???? Requirements

Proven experience improving or building Shopify stores (portfolio or examples required)

Understanding of Shopify Markets, multilingual setup, and localization

Strong skills in SEO and AI Search Optimization (AIO) — optimizing for both Google and AI-driven search engines

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user flow design

Knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Shopify Email, etc.)

Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus

Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive

Competitive monthly salary (based on experience)

Bonus system based on measurable conversion and SEO goals

Long-term contract – 40 hours per week

Flexible working hours within European time zones
