Cold Calling SDR - Book Discovery Calls for B2B Service (UK Hours)

We run a cold email lead generation service that books qualified sales meetings for B2B companies. We're looking for an experienced cold caller to help us get new clients.
Your job: Call UK businesses (digital agencies, finance firms, B2B service companies) and book discovery calls for our service.
What we provide:

Complete call script and objection handling guide
Pre-qualified list of companies to call
Cloud-based dialer (no manual dialing)
Daily coaching and script refinement
All the infrastructure - you just focus on calling

What you'll do:

Make 100+ calls per day to UK prospects
Follow our proven script to book 15-minute discovery calls
Track your calls and results in our simple system
Join daily check-ins to review what's working

What we're looking for:

Excellent English (clear accent is critical for UK market)
Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection
Self-motivated and consistent
Available to work UK business hours (3pm-11pm Philippines time)

Compensation:

$600/month base salary
$50 bonus for every discovery call you book
Realistic earnings: $1,000-1,200/month with solid performance

This is a long-term position. We're building a team, not looking for short-term help.
